Your decision to use our Services does not depend on future releases of features or any comments about them.

WedCulling and its licensors retain all rights to the Services and Software. We do not grant any rights to neural network algorithms, patents, copyrights, trade secrets, trademarks, or any other rights except those specified in these Terms. Use of our trade names, marks, and logos in connection with products or services not provided by us is prohibited. We reserve all rights not granted to you in these Terms.

Service Warranties

The WedCulling Service is provided “as is” and “as available” for your use, without any conditions, representations, or warranties of any kind from us (except as clearly stated by us). WedCulling and all company employees are not liable for any injuries, claims, or any direct, incidental, punitive, special, or indirect damages of any kind.

Under no circumstances shall WedCulling or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the WedCulling website, even if WedCulling or a WedCulling authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Since some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Payment

Free Trial
We may offer a free trial of our services to new users. The duration of the trial period is indicated on our website and may vary.

Paid Subscription

Taxes and Third-Party Payments
You are responsible for paying all taxes and fees to third parties, including data transfer fees, credit card fees, VAT, currency exchange fees, and international transaction fees. WedCulling is not responsible for these payments.

Cancellation and Refunds
You can cancel or change your subscription level at any time through your account settings on the website. After cancellation or change, the old subscription version immediately ceases to be valid. Refunds for the unused period are not provided, except as expressly stated in our policies.

Refunds are possible only in cases where the use of the Service is impossible due to technical problems on our side. Only then does the company decide on the possibility of a refund and cancellation of the subscription.
